Eligibility

All registered archers shall be members in good standing of one IFAA member associations. That means you MUST be a member of an IFAA member Association at the moment of registration and at the moment of Tournament.
All registered archers must have recorded 2 (two) Bowhunter o Field scores in their scorecards within the two years previous to the start of LABHC2026.
All attending archers shall be in possession of the classification card. This classification card shall be presented at the moment of registration, prior to bow inspection. Archers without a classification card will NOT participate the tournament. This statement is according to the Book of Rules 2021-2022 requirements of Article VII A, sub-articles 4 and 5.

Registry fees and dates

Registration shall be open on April 15th 2026.
Fees for the Style Team shall be 30€ for each team. Registration and payment (cash only) at the front desk on the first day of the event
The list containing confirmed archers will be updated every SUNDAY
Registration shall close on August 30th 2026 or earlier, if the number of registered archers reach 168.
The final date to change style is August 30th 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Reimbursement of registration fees in the case of a written cancellation.

The above refund policy is only for registration fees and excludes accommodation.
The LABHC 2025 Organizing Committee is NOT responsible for any type of reservations related to accommodation.Please contact travel agency or hotel directly regarding the refund policy for accommodation.
Please note: taxes, charges and administrative fee will not be refunded.

Banquet and Award Ceremony

The award banquet will be hosted at the main area open for all public. On the last day of the event
Tickets for the Banquet will be sold at the registration desk with a price USD$ 35.
 

Transportation

It is important to always check the validity of the passport, as many countries require it to be valid or  at least 6 months from the date of entry.

 It is your responsibility to check with the Chilean consulate in each country before traveling for up-to-date details on requirements.

HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS

 Medical Insurance

It is recommended that all travelers have travel medical insurance that covers medical treatments and hospitalization.

 

Chile has public and private hospitals throughout the country,  However, waiting times can be long and private clinics can have high costs for non-residents.

 

 Make sure the insurance covers repatriation in case of emergency.

Terms and Conditions of the venue

The torunament will be held in the outskirts of Concepción, a dense forest area in the valley. Each participant must adhere and comply with Aguas del Monte T&C. No smoking or vaping in the premises is allowed except in designated areas.
